HI, I bought a fork in june with this tracking CH102301479NL but it is still stuck in liegi hub since the 7th of july

http://track-chinapost.com/track_cainiao.php?code=CH102301479NL shows the parcel arrived destination on Jul 7. If you have not got this item, you need open dispute to seller for refund.
