Hi, anyone is in the same situation?
This is my tracking:
RU162427600NL
Tracking on PostNL say that the item has arrived here in Italy on 2 February, but since then I didn't get any updates and calling Poste Italiane they said that the packet is not arrived here.
What should I do? Do I have just to wait?

RU162427600NL should be in Italy customs. Italy customs clearance might take 2 to 4 weeks, you need some patient.
