Hi,
I received a parcel from China but I've got to pick it up for a month .
The parcel is returned back.
How do I send back to let me back in Italy ?

RH010552459CN arrived Italy but failed delivery by Italy Post. You should contact Italy Post for details of the reason.

Post SOS: Boxes Returned to China from UK

Hi,
Sent boxes from Shanghai to Brighton, UK in December 2014.
For some reason they were undelivered and returned back to Shanghai and are in Jingan office.
I don't know what to do - I don't live in China any more. I put an address in Poland in case of non delivery, but it was not used.

Tracking numbers are:
CP289736647CN
CP289736655CN
CP289736620CN

I'd really appreciate some help:(((((((((

http://track-chinapost.com/ shows these 3 parcels were all returned from UK to Beijing.
