I had an order from AliExpress and I have received the package from China two days ago, but the goods in the box are all smashed out. I have informed the seller on AliExpress about it, but it is most definitely not their fault.

I can not figure out how to sign a complaint to China EMS. Does somebody have information on how to do that and what is the procedure generally? Do I need to send them photos or go to a local post office with a broken package?

you should open dispute to aliexpress for damaged item.

Actually I did, but they claim that the package was not damaged in China. And I should contact the courier that is China Express.

I think your seller is not a good guy. He should know that you can not contact China Post（China post only deal with shipper). You should escalate the dispute
