hi can i have news about this shipment? the shipment is blocked at the Shenzhen International Exchange Center from December 27th

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO670230829CN shows the parcel was shipped by your seller From China Post Shenzhen office to Italy on DEC 27.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Italy Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in Italy). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

december is rush season, Such no-information stage might last 20 to 30 days until Italy Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Italy Post website will show its new status with Italy location.
