http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows it was sent to airline on Aug 24. The parcel has some problem. however, Shanghai airport has some delay caused by Youth Olympic games, so you might need wait another 2 to 4 weeks to get the goods.

problem is caused by airline space shortage. you can not do anything except waiting. it will arrive.
