PACCO CON DESTINAZIONE: ITALIA

Ciao!!! Ho acquistato un pacco il 4 Gennaio 2015, il suo codice è RK399694167CN. Il suo tracciamento è fermo dal 24 Gennaio 2016 con lo stato "leaving Shanghai Int'l Airport going to next airport/seaport". Sono settimane che non ricevo notizie sullo stato de mio pacco. Come posso fare? AIUTO!!

Hello!! I bought my parcel in Genuary 4th, the track code is RK399694167CN. The status of my parcel is stuck from Genuary 24th with "leaving Shanghai Int'l Airport going to next airport/seaport". I don't receive news about my parcel since weeks. What can i do? HELP!!!!

now is chinese new year holiday time. parcel moving and processing is slow. you need wait one or two more weeks. After the parcel arrives Italy, you can track it in Italy Post website with same number.
