This isn't a China Post tracking number; China Post tracking numbers look like this.

What are the stand formats of China Post tracking number? How to distinguish them?

Did your seller tell you what carrier your parcel was sent with or where you could track it?

I used zcube.hk and selected "ePacket"...

ePacket tracking numbers will always be 13 characters: 2 letters, 9 numbers, 2 letters, eg LS123456785CN. Your seller should have provided you with some tracking number like that. If not, they didn't send you an ePacket.
