CP298858272CN is surface parcel which normally goes through sea. In some stage, the parcel status will freeze for 2 to 8 weeks without changing, it is normal.

CP parcel is very difficult to predict arrival date because many of them go thru sea. If you do not get the goods in 30 days of payment, you should open dispute.

for the parcel in Madrid, you need contact Spain Post and pickup the parcel. Parcel does not control by China Post once it left China.
