there is a long Chinese New Year during Jan 31 to Feb 7. The parcel might be delayed due to the holiday.

how Long is the new year in China? The parcel is now since the 20.01.2014 with you.

Ask your seller call China Post customer service phone number 11185, it might has some address issue(I believe you did not print Chinese Address in the parcel) otherwise it should have been delivered for long time.
