This package was sent to airline on July 7th, and no any update since then. What's the problem with the package? Is it lost?

it is not lost. http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows it was "sent to airline" which is the last status in china. normally "sent to airline" status will not change until it arrives your country. normally this procedure will take about 2 to 4 weeks.

Could you tell me where is the package with the tracking number RA521262495CN? The last update on the site from 18.07.2014 is that it was departed from outward office of exchange. I am form Bulgaria and it seems to me that 2 months is more than enough.

RA521262495CN should be stuck somewhere outside china. Even China Post can not get the exact location of this parcel. If your buyer protection date is expiring, you can open a dispute to protect your payment.
