The letter should be already delivered!

RR622214891PL was delivered on Mar 13 by China Post Beijing office. check here:

All the information China Post available is that the parcel RR622214891PL was delivered on Mar 13 in Beijing. tracking result is in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php. If you are seller, you can use above tracking result to protect your money and win any dispute.
