Hello,

My tracking number is : CP420479771CN

So it was showing that parcel arrived at destination country 3 times now it changed that it was actually waiting for space. As well contacted seller on 20/10/2020 and 04/11/2020. Been told its in uk both times, but I see that now china post tracking changed from "arrived to destination country" to "waiting for airline space". Ordered it more than month ago and I am buying a lot of stuff from China. Even on same days had other parcels to fly on trackers wrote same plane time but that parcel stuck and all others came. During last month ordered more than 10 parcels and all came in 2-3 weeks time not longer and I was able to say correct tracking information.

Please give me advice or I need to open dispute?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CP420479771CN shows the parcel was sent to a transit hub waiting for airline space.

Such CP***CN parcel is called air/sea combined parcel. It is an economical class service which is extremely slow. It will transit through many many airports and sea ports. If its weight is over 2kgs, average time is about 2 months, in worst cases, it might take half year.

Now changed back to old, how this aliexpress works, do sellers can put and change trackk information?

I believe your seller input wrong tracking number which is for other customs. Aliexpress allow seller to correct tracking number.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_cainiao.php?code=UG772434748BE shows the 2nd tracking number just arrived Duisburg-Linehaul . It will arrive UK very soon. You can check what will happen in next 2 weeks.
