Post Where is my parcel?

I am sorry if the following sound rude but I am trying for weeks now to get information avbout my parcel.

I handed it in at the 7th January 2019 to be shipped to Germany from Shanghai. Since then the status has not changed. I called the post office in Germany as well as the the customs. They could not give me any information. Afterwards I was writing 5 or 6 emails to china post and never got an answer. I finally send a chinese friend to the post office in shanghai. The employee there was really rude and did not want to give her any information even though she had the copy of the recipe with her and just told that I (I am now in Germany again) have to come there personally to get infromation or start a search request. Since that "accident" the status of the parcel is expired (not even one day after she went there - strange accident?)

So what can I do e.g. who can I contact to claim my pacel missing ?

This kind of parcel starting with CP is called air/sea combined parcel. It is a very slow and CHEAP parcel service. Normally it will arrive Germany in 4 to 6 weeks. If the parcel weight is over 2kgs, it can take up to half year to arrive.

You can not get any information about such parcel after it left China. China Post worker can not answer your question because they don't know answer either. If you need to ship important or valuable item, do not use such sea/land combined CP parcel.
