Same question here.

Since 18.11. there is no progress on my package status. It says "Send item abroad (EDI-received)". Usually it takes 5-7 days but now it is whole month. What now (dispute is not the option, I want that package).

2. Your parcel is On Route/In Transit to your country France. Now it's up to La Poste to scan your parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it.

3. Right not every Post Office in the World are very busy with the Holiday Season, so mail is very slow everywhere.

4. Just continue to track your parcel on the La Poste site for any new movement.

1. Then if you want the parcel, you will have to wait. Maximum arrival time for your country is 10 days. The parcel has already pass that deadline.

2. Either Croatia Post are really to busy with incoming parcel to scan your parcel or your parcel is lost or misplace.

3. I have no other tracking then what you have already.
