It's been over a month since my order has been shipped from China and I haven't gotten anything so far. The tracking system says "Beijing departure". Can you please give me any information about it because I might have to extend my purchase protection! My tracking number is RK196674772CN.

Our statistic report shows parcel shipped during end of March to Bulgaria were experiencing serious delay in some transit airport outside china. If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute or ask for extending the protection.

The good news is some parcel shipped on March 23rd just showed up in Bulgaria Post system since yesterday. So I believe your parcel should arrive within next one or two weeks.
