Post where is my cargo?

From one of the tracking sites I reached Shanghai airport in a week and was delivered to Shanghai Airlines. but it was 10 days does not seem to move? Why hasn't the plane moved for 10 days or I see no updates on the tracking site? There is no live support at china post. Who will I contact? please help me?

Shanghai Airlines for 10 days. can't see new update.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV271416378CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Dec 9. It is on the way to Turkey , so no need worry.

China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

Sent to airline does not mean you will get the parcel very soon. It will keep waiting 5 to 10 days in airline warehouse waiting flight space and another 1 to 4 weeks import customs processing in destination country(speed depending on country). The status will stuck at "sent to airline" during this 2 to 8 weeks period.

Once it passes import customs clearance, Turkey Post will scan and update its new location for China Post database and you will see new status.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

Guess the current situation of this 5 to 10 day period. do you mean customs procedures in my own country? Guess the new update will be for the mail company in my country.

I was worried that my friends' orders came in 2-3 weeks and they didn't receive updates for a long time. but I think you recommend me to wait. How long does it take to arrive in my country?

Can I get an answer to my question? or how do I contact china post (live chat or mail) the plane is currently in transit for almost 2 weeks and has not received a new update? does the plane go by transferring to other countries? Even my friends' orders came to my country. but can't a plane move for 2 weeks? You said that you can wait 5-10 at the airport, but it is almost 2 weeks?

the time when parcel in the plane is just a very short part of the whole journey from China to Turkey. During most of the time, the parcel is just simply waiting in airline warehouse for sorting, re-routing and import customs clearance in different transit hub airports.

Now is rush season, all these processing is very slow. you need some patient. Once the parcel arrives Turkey, you will get new status in turkey post website.

my friend's order with china post-13/12 given in the plane and 18/12 have come to Turkey. You say busy time, but there are examples in this way, now it is christmas time wonder if the plane will not move at all? Who will we contact?
