LL099792047CN was shipped from Guangzhou to UK on April 2. It should be seriously delayed or lost in somewhere between Guangzhou and UK. You need open dispute to seller for refund.

LL226180472CN was shipped from Guangzhou to UK on May 2. normally it should be delivered in 2 to 4 weeks.
