Hey,
I have a package on order from China to tbe UK using China Post. Tbe seller said yhey sent out tbe item on 25/11/2013 however my tracking number is not showing up in your system.
Can you help?
The number is RB571597789CN

if the tracking no. shows "Success find: 0 items!" in our tracking system, then it should be a fake number. That means China Post has not received this parcel.

I kept getting that when I went through the Internantional section and chose UK. I used the China post logo on the right hand side and then started to get some information through.
