1. I suspect China Post EMS identify your parcel wrongly going to Austria instead of Australia.

2. May I suggest you contact seller as soon as possible to ask him to contact China Post EMS to find out where is your parcel and where is it going to.

3. Last tracking of your parcel on the China Post EMS is this:
2016-11-04 00: 00: 00.0 06:27:11 Shanghai to leave the processing center, sent to ATVIEC

ATVIEC = 1000 WIEN Austria Post
