Post Waiting parcel 90 days.

Hi.
90 days waiting for the parcel RB928669846CN. Seller posted her picture with the track number. After 60 days I wrote the seller, he replied: "Our post office told us that your package has left China for a long time, it may arrive to your country but not your local post office."
But I do not see the status "Sent to airline".
I guess I'm naive. I do not know what to do next.
