why is there two 'opening' status with only location changes? what does it mean?

on china post tracking, there is also two 'export security scan' with locations '71004200' (which i don't know where) and Beijing. is my parcel rejected? is it being returned to the seller?

if the status stuck over 6 weeks, it should be a problem.

I've recently checked the French Postal Services (La Poste) both in person and over the international client services hotline, and I've received two different responses:

1. The post office told me that my parcel is at Aéroport Charles de Gaulle and they don't know when it will come to Strasbourg.

2. The international client services hotline told me that my parcel is still in CHINA. Beijing International Airport, to be specific. Once again, they couldn't give me a clear answer on when it will arrive.

What's going on? I'm currently panicking because there is the possibility of me moving from France to another country in three weeks, and my parcel still hasn't arrived. It's been stuck on status 'Départ' since December 20th.

Please help me.
