hello, it is now 24/12/2013, us that normal to wait 20 days for custom scan?

Normally parcel should pass customs scan within 3 to 5 days. If over 20 days without changing status, it means parcel has problem(might be lost or returned to shipper). you should file a non-receipt dispute to get back your money from shipper.
