when I track my order it has status (collection) what does it mean?
where is it? and how much time it will take to reach in France?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows it was just just received by china post on May 14. normally you should wait another 2 to 3 weeks to get it.

as laptop battery has caused some fire accident in airplane, it is not allowed to be shipped by regular airmail which comes with passenger air plane. your parcel might be rejected by customs officer if it is detected by scanning machine. your seller should not ship the parcel by airmail. you'd better open a dispute and claim refund asap.

Hello
I purchased a tablet PC online from a website of china, named electronics6669.com
I paid 38US dollars, Instead of sending tablet PC, they sent only one US dollar in envelop.
The tracking ID was: RC585293093CN
Is there anyway to get money back?
It is not only my loss but they also create bad image for online shopping from china.
