I have a order shipped on 19th of October but I still cannot find my tracking number in the sistem. The parcel must go to Ital

Could you please check it?

1. Your tracking number is not a valid tracking number. You can check it here:
http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php

2. You should contact seller and ask him what is going on. If the answer does not meet your expectation, then just open a dispute to get your money back.
