Since the 10st of May my package status is,In Customs-Control warehouse,
Destination country ,Cyprus
Is it lost or what is happening?

If the laptop has battery inside, then it should be rejected by airline or customs safety department. Battery has caused some fire accident in past months and is strictly forbidden by china post register airmail service.

you can not receive laptop by register mail. open a dispute asap.
