my tracking isn't updated for 17 days. tell me please, when should i get my parcel, dont send me this estimated arrival time schedule, just tell me when i should expect it. early december, mid december or endind of december?
and one question. the shipping time starts when it flies from china or when i get tracking number? thanks.

your parcel should be outside china. now is rush season, it might travel 40 to 50 days to reach LITHUANIA.

1. If you don't receive your parcel by 21 Dec, then open a dispute to get your money back.

2. The shipping start when the parcel is receive by China Post. So if your seller is not sending the parcel right away to China Post the Estimate time of arrival don't start. Please never forget it's only an Estimate, it's not rock solid.
