Hello,

I want to have more information about my parcel RM626297185CN. I tried to have more information because the parcel seems to be in France but in customs, now it's been 1 month since the parcel left Beijin.

Is it possible to have more information about it ? I tried to contact chinapost but haven't got any answers.

the parcel should be delayed in some airport outside china. you can not know exact reason at this moment. wait one more week, if it does not arrive, open dispute to seller.

I would like to know the parcel information for the tracking number & its arrival time. Seems it was shipped by 26th November as per vendor site & i'm yet to receive. Let me also know if there is no information about this parcel or tracking number?

1. The tracking number for your parcel is a valid tracking number. Unfortunately China Post never receive your parcel so far. The parcel was never mail.

2. May I suggest you contact seller as soon as possible to find out what is happening.

Thank you for your reply, without receiving parcel how can china post generate a valid tracking number? In case vendor is fooling us with some existing valid tracking numbers then there should be some records? Bit confused. Earlier message is below. Appreciate if you can clarify the same.

1. Most if not all China seller apply for a tracking number electronically through China Post, just like any other seller around the World they do in the own country. Except in this case the seller never mail the good.

2. This is what is call a bad seller or the seller did not have the article that they promote on their site, out of stuck or inventory shortage.
