Good afternoon,

The package with tracking number RS298480366CN has not been updated since 29 October 2016, i want to know if there was a problem with this package or is there a delay on the services?
The package destination is Portugal in Europe.
I will wait an answer from you.

in my opinion you should ask for a refund (over 2 month delivery period)
even....maybe now it's too late for that dude :(

Well i believe it got stuck on the seaport or airport where the internacional dispatch was made.
The item was bought thru Ebay, the refund will take place if something goes wrong with the item and there is no period for that. The package is in GUANGZHOU.
I just want to know the reason for this delay.

Hello again,
The seller sent a new item free of charge because the other one was lost in the GUANGZHOU airport.
The problem is solved and i didn't have to ask for a refund.
