Hi,

would you please tell me where my package is?
When will it arrive in germany?

RH043680800CN

Its stucked in Export Security Scans since 3 weeks without any change.

Is China Post adding CN22 form for shipping to germany?

Hello prkz,

Sellers are always adding CN22 customs declaration to packages, so that is not the problem. You should check here for more information about "Export customs scan". You shall also open a dispute as this is not very normal. Check here to open a dispute.

hi samuel,

thx for your reply, i also checked informations about export customts scan 2 weeks ago because its stucked there for a long time now.

the vendor i ordered the goods is well known and i ordered several times before; so i dont think they try to scam me or something. No batteries or liquids inside so it should be fine.

maybe chinapostvolunteer can check RH043680800CN and see more detailed informations about my package.

RH043680800CN stucked since 3 weeks in Export Security Scan, pls take a look at it...

maybe there is a problem because of the EMPTY e liquid bottles inside...
