Hi,

Please help me with two packages:
RD118072725CN: it contains a pair of shoes and it is waiting in "sent to airline" status from 14/05/2014.
RB934599557CN: it is a battery charger (but not a battery) and it was in Export Security Check status three times but there are no changes since then.

status not changing within 3 weeks are normal. some people wait 50 days to get the parcel.
