Hi my orders are stuck on either Export Security Scan or Export Customs Scan for more than one month now. The destination is Turkey and they are just cheap clothes. The tracking codes are below. What may be the problem?

if no battery inside, it should be ok. wait 2 more weeks, it will arrive.
