CP289945089CN - tracking has changed after 27 days. But it is still in Beijing.
I do not understand why it could stay without movement for almost a month...

At least any news better than no news :)

Hi! My parcel has been stuck in "出口总包直封封发" for almost a month. Please let me know where it is and when it will arrive. My tracking number is RC980288282CN, the parcel contains a t-shirt.

CP is surface parcel for heavy item, it is very very slow. You need patient.

Tracking info for CP289945089CN has updated today.
But something strange happened: after a month+ it moved from Beijing to Shanghai again (where it came from) and "export" changed to "import" in status.

What could it mean? Parcel didn't left China and now is returning to the sender?
or something else?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows that RB231525905CN was returned to shanghai. You will NOT receive this parcel. open a dispute and claim refund asap.
