Hello,

My package is stuck on leaving Shanghai Int'l Airport going to next airport/seaport for more then 20 days. my tracking number is: RK557216881CN. I live in the Netherlands

1. Your parcel is not stuck it's On Route/In Transit to your country the Netherlands. It can take up to 4 weeks to arrive in your country.

2. Now what needs to happen is Post NL scan you parcel on Arrival or when they have time to do it.

3. Just continue to track your parcel for any new movement.
