Hello,

I'm new to the forum, it's the first time a tracked parcel does not arrive.
I saw import security scan with a "China" city name means it's on it's way back.
Seller can't find more info and I don't understand why. Is there a way to unlock the package, it only contained electronic kits and no batteries (lcd, pcb's, etc).

RN610435992CN was returned by airline in Beijing. I believe the item is not allowed by airline.

thank you for the reply, is there a way for the seller to get his items back? They said they will send replacement when they receive this one.

you can not verify if the seller got the return or not through internet. the only way to protect your money is to open dispute if you can not get your goods within 40 days.
