Hi,

I have the following two tracking numbers:

RB817942***CN

RB817940***CN

both of them appear to be stuck in Export Customs Scan Urumuqi one from the 7th October and another from the 14th October...will I still receive them?

Urumuqi area is experiencing serious delay and high lost rate. You can wait 2 to 3 more weeks, if still no arrival, then open dispute and claim refund.

I will give it 3 weeks and if no arrival I will put in a claim with aliexpress.
