Sorry, but your reply is absolutly useless. Why? Because probably your employee steal brand new phone with battery, I will be probably refunded and seller will be pissed of on me, beacause from his perspective, I robbed him... I was asking Alliexpres, what should I do, and they said contact carrier... What about seller? Can he claim any compensation?
