Hello,

I order something and my status is since 24 september the same, thats for 13 days, is there something went wrong, or do I have wait a few days more?

RN203366598CN is on the way to Beijing airport by train. you might need to wait another one or two weeks to get new status.

My package is still status departure from outward of exchange. ... since the 24th of septembre.... why does is Take so long?

Hi same problem here, tracking status remains unchanged since October 9.

RC215864405CN

2014-10-09 11:36 83009903, Netherlands-NL, receiving and sending receiving and sending, Collection
2014-10-09 10:57 Urumqi international, Netherlands-NL export total letters sent, Departure from outward Office of Exchange

Banggood continues to ask me to wait but we are already way outside their delivery time of max 15 business days. If the tracking status is unchanged since October 9 it's quite unlikely to me that the package will ever arrive.
