many parcels from Urumuqi are seriously delayed, some are even lost. you should open dispute and claim refund.

Hi my orders are stuck on either Export Security Scan or Export Customs Scan for 3 weeks now. The destination is Turkey and they are just cheap clothes. The tracking codes are below. What may be the problem? Will they be in Turkey before Christmas?

CN14196200992898 is not a tracking number. you can not verify if your parcel is really shipped or not. wait about 4 weeks and see if the parcel will arrive. If not , open dispute. As seller did not give real tracking number, you can easily get refund from paypal/aliexpress.
