Hi, my parcel RH042978574CN is stuck in Beijing with status Export Security Scan for two weeks already. Could you provide me more information about whats going on with my parcel?

it is normal. keep waiting another 2 weeks, if not arrive, then open dispute and claim refund.

RH119729505CN Please could someone track this as its suppose to arrive in the UK but hasn't moved since the 12th of January, it feels like it's not going to arrive

parcel to uk might take 4 weeks, you need some patient.

I bought an item from a seller in Aliexpress and I was given the tracking number

CP305367903CN

Is this number valid? 5 days have passed and I cannot still trace the item in this webpage:

The message I get is

China Post has not received parcel# CP305367903CN

Please help and advice me how to act

When I check these number on your site it says "Sent to airline from Beijing to Bulgaria at 2015.01.28
but where is my parcel now and when to expect it !

even my packet have same status with you it was "sent to airline" from Beijing.

Also the bad news is China post official holiday week is from Feb 18 to Feb 26. however, most of the companies stop working from Feb 17 and back to work in early March. So don't hope so munch.
