RD565431785PT just arrived china. it should be delivered after chinese new year holiday(Feb 26). If parcel is not delivered after that date , you need ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and pickup the parcel.

When I check these number on your site it says "Sent to airline from Beijing to Bulgaria at 2015.01.28
but where is my parcel now and when to expect it !

it should be delayed in beijing. wait 2 more weeks, if not arrive by early March, you should open dispute and claim refund.

BJ14370940825350 is not a tracking number. you can not track such parcel online.
