Hi,

I have a tracking number EMS: EV979517371CN
Since January 21, the status doesn't change. I don't understand that the package is blocked as long.
Is this normal?

Hi,

I see that my order has moved but I don't understand why there many times : "Despatch from Sorting Center" at FUZHOU.
Do you know if my package is about to leave ?
Since January 19, i don't understand why it's so long.
