Post Status is not updating or fake?

Hello, I ordered something online and I became this tracking no. RC068754083CN but it doesn't update.
It just says collection.
What shall I do? Is it a fake tracking no.? WHat does that status actually mean?

Isn't it already too long on collection??
Didn't the status had to be changed till now?
