My tracking number is RL046271747CN
My order has been stuck on export security scan for a very long time, over 2 weeks, any advice on what to do? Or what may of happened?

the parcel should be waiting for airline space in beijing. if no battery inside, no need worry. the status might stuck for another one or two weeks.

My parcel with tracking number RG073651002CN hasn't moved in almost a month.
Is this normal? I checked at my local carrier, but they do not have it yet. Can you tell me anything about the location of my parcel?
