My shipping order number: CY284925710DE
Tracking shows: "2020-10-09 06:47:14 Shanghai Handed over to Forwarding Agent for Transit". There have been no new updates since then. What's the matter? Is it lost or what? Please give a clear reminder.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CY284925710DE shows the parcel failed delivered and was returned to Germany on Oct 9.

Return parcel has very low priority to get airline space, normally you need wait 2 to 3 months to get the return in Germany, you need wait some more time.

It's too slow. When do you expect to arrive in Germany? Can I change the address and clear customs again?

unfortunately you can not do that. Just be patient. the parcel will return to you sooner or later.
