Hello,

My tracking information has not change for a month,
it shows "Sent to airline" on 2013/12/ 22 in Beijing.
My tracking number is RB118190245CN, Destination Country: Armenia

Could you help me find out where is my package?

after the parcel was "sent to airline", no updated location and status will be show up until it arrives Armenia. Normally this procedure will take about 2 to 4 weeks.

Its already been 7 weeks since my package was sent to airline,
can some one tell where is the shipment? did it ever leave china?

My parcel still shows that it is sent to airline in Beijing and it's been more than a month. what shall I do ??

"sent to airline" status will not change until it arrives your country. this procedure might take 2 to 4 weeks.
