I start to wonder, you say to others that ordered februari the 20
The lacket is on its way.
My package was posted 23-01-2020 åt 11.11 and is this a scam or not?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LL969170233CN was shipped from Wuhan (the center of coronavirus) on Jan 23 . it is not a scam.

Since Jan 23 , government has stopped all public transit in Wuhan and most of the people are required to stay at home. All airlines are cancelled. Highway and trains from/to Wuhan area are closed.

The provincial level quarantine is still active so far. Not sure when will be the end of the regulation. You can not do anything except waiting at this moment.
