Since 10 days No movement.

It's in custom control warehouse, does it include battery or liquid?
If not u don't have to worry, some parcel get stuck in customs for more than 10 days. You will have to wait

No batteries or liquid. Only a RDA.

Ok, that was my first try with China Post. And my last i think. SingPost is much faster with this.

True. Singapore, Sweden, Swiss and HongKong posts are faster. Using these posts takes less than a month for an item to arrive.
HongKong is the fastest, it take max. 10 days for an item to arrive :)

wait one more week, if still no movement, open dispute and claim refund to paypal /aliexpress.
