Your parcel is in Custom scans for ten days now. If no batteries or liquid inside, everything is ok! It'll be send to airline and you'll get the good after two to four weeks.

My parcel contains only 4 batteries. Is there a probleme?

battery will be big problem. China Post banned battery since last year for safety reason. Your seller should know this and do not use airmail to ship battery goods. Now you should open dispute and claim refund from seller who should be responsible for the lost or return of the goods.
