Hello, can anyone help me with this please? RJ300165365CN
it says for more than one month that the parcel is at China
18-Mar-2015 08:38 Arrival Import customs BEIJING
but the supplier told me that he didn't get any notice to receive it.
Please help because he refuses to refund.

RJ300165365CN was returned to China by Greece Post. If your seller did not print returning address, the parcel might be discarded by china post.

If you purchased the order from ebay/aliexpress/paypal, you should open dispute. Once you have opened dispute, seller should prove that you have received the goods, otherwise he will be force to make refund no matter he got return or not. You no need do anything, just wait refund.
